Client Tutorial

You will be directed to the Client view by default. This view will allow you to access your account’s dashboard, the open agreements made by fund managers, and the agreements that you have entered.

You can open the list of open agreements by navigating to the “Open Agreements” tab under the sidebar. You can browse through the agreements and choose one with your preferred risk profile according to the return rate and collateral rate.

Entering an Agreement

Once you have chosen the agreement you wish to enter, follow these steps to enter the agreement:

  1. Click on the “Enter” button on the right side of your screen to enter an agreement. A pop-up will appear to confirm your transaction.
  2. Fill in the number of funds that you wish to invest
  3. Click “Allow” to proceed with the transaction. This command will give the permission to allow the increase in your allowance.
  4. Click “Confirm” to proceed with the transaction.

After the transaction is completed, you will be able to view any agreement that you’re part of in the “Entered” tab located on the sidebar.

Navigate to the “Entered” tab to view your active contract.

Agreement Status

There are 5 types of status that you can find in this tab; Clients May Enter, Deposit Locked-In, and Expired.

Clients May Enter This means that you have entered the agreement and are still open to other clients, allowing them to enter the same one. During this period, you can still opt out of the contract by clicking the “Withdraw” button for the corresponding agreement.
Deposit Locked-In An agreement that you have entered and has entered the contract duration phase. This means that the funds have been locked in the agreement, allowing the fund manager to manage the funds allocated inside the agreement.
Expired An agreement that has exceeded its end date. This means that you can settle your investment according to the target return rate written on the agreement. Before settling the agreement, you can view the result of your investment using the “View” button of the corresponding contract.
Closed An agreement that was closed prior to its end. This means that the fund manager has marked the agreement as completed before the end date written on the agreement. When an agreement is in this state, you can settle your investment. Before settling the agreement, you can view the result of your investment using the “View” button of the corresponding contract.
Settled Refers to a completed agreement. This means that the funds have been returned to the user according to the target return rate specified in the agreement.

Settling an Agreement

Once an agreement is completed, a completion panel will appear on top of your other agreements to notify you of an available settlement. You can view the details of your agreement by clicking on the “View” button.

An agreement can be settled if their status was marked as ‘Expired’ or ‘Closed’. Follow the following steps to settle an agreement:

  1. Click on the “Settle” button of the corresponding agreement
  2. A pop-up will appear, showing a summary of the result.
  3. Click on the “Finalize” button to settle the contract
